Phoebe Vasquez

Phoebe Vasquez is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group. She focuses on cross-border transactions, private fund formation, and Caribbean-based investment structures. Her practice sits at the intersection of the firm's core middle-market M&A work and the more specialized offshore structuring that comes up when a Connecticut-based family office or fund sponsor invests through a BVI, Cayman, or Puerto Rico vehicle. She drafts fund organizational documents, side letters, and subscription materials, and coordinates with offshore counsel on the local-law overlay. Vasquez earned her J.D. *cum laude* from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017 and her B.A. from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa in 2013.
